Im having a blue day!

SO i went with blue today as that is how my mood is. Everything in my life is backwards and nothing is really going how I planned it to. So for my eyes I did Nyx Irises with Loreal Carbon Black Lineur Intense. Such a pretty shimmery blue with little glitters in it. And then on my nails I did Sally Hansen Complete Manicure in LE Barracuda with Silver Shatter on top from OPI. So not to much to say so I will be pic reliant today. Again I am having a not so good month so bear with me.

I am soo excited...

I won my first giveaway!!! Makeupjunkie88 had a Facebook giveaway and I won a $25 Sephora egiftcertificate! So I need your help. I don't know what to buy. I always look and find stuff that I want but now that I have the money I can't find anything. Please give me your input! What do you like? What would you buy? I am soo excited...I have never been to the Sephora store in Tampa,FL. When I saw it 4 years ago it was just another store. Now its the Holy Grail of stores!!! Zoya Earth Day Exchange Polishes

Ahhhh sooo excited to wear them all!!! I have already worn Ivanka (which is the perfect St Patricks day nail polish!) and Savita which is the most beautiful matte color I have ever worn and when you put topcoat on it...OH MY FREAKING G!!! I was gonna wear Roxy next but I got Lolly in the mail today from a swap here! And she looks so pretty I may wear her for Mothers Day even thought I am not a mother! Anyways back to the exchange...you pick out colors (I picked 7) and then you send them 7 in return. I am going to do a blog sale and whichever colors don't sell are the colors they get! The colors I got are---Ivanka (mermaid green sparkling metallic), Roxy (sheer red-toned purple base loaded with bright purple glitter), Savita (Bold, vibrant medium purple with strong red and gold shimmer with a velvet matte finish), Edyta (gold, olive, blue-green and smoky grey with a sparkling metallic finish), Indigo (dark indigo blue shimmer with a pinch of holographic), Brooke (deep pink, red and violet with fuchsia duo chrome shimmer and subtle silvery frost), Ki (multi chromatic shade combining silver, purple, blue and green in a shimmery metallic finish). And I got Faye and Lolly in a swap! Anyways here are some pictures in the bottle and when I wear them I will post pictures! And honestly in my opinion the bottles don't even do the colors justice! The websites pictures don't even compare!

Bzz Agent Covergirl Free Stuff!

OK so I vaguely remember posting about Bzz Agent some time ago and got Covergirl Lip Perfection Lipsticks(which didn't work out for me seeing as I do not correctly wear them). Anyways they contacted me about their Covergirl NatureLuxe Promotion thingy going on. Sooo I jumped on that bandwagon (I have tried NatureLuxe foundation before and loved it just bought too deep of a color). They sent me a full sized thing of foundation and a fullsize lip balm. I love the foundation but I swatched it and it was a little light. I will be including this in my blog sale later on. I also got the lip balm which is fantastic. It is a lightweight colorful and sensitive skin friendly product! I have not broken out yet and I love wearing it. It adds just a subtle pink to my lips which never looks out of place! I love love love it! Here are some pics!

My April goodies and rant! (very long and pic heavy)

Let me first start off by saying I am sorry for slacking on the posting...things have been a bit hectic at work and by the time I get home I am way to exhausted to even give the boyfriend a kiss. By the way I work 530 AM to about 2PM 5 days a week. I am not a morning person and especially am not nice to happy morning people(this ones for you Helen). I am the key holder slash everyones bitch post and assistant and it really is causing me a bit of stress. Hence me buying excessive amounts of makeup I don't need. Also I wanted to apologize for my makeup face postings because I normally take pictures when I get off work, not at 4AM. I can barely put the stuff on let alone take good pics of it. So if there is any creasage or icky crap in my eye its because I take it after a normal 8 1/2 day. I try to make it look better when I do take pictures but if you notice it...well more power to ya its not gonna change my style. Oh and some advice don't go for a 2 hour bike ride after no exercise for a year. I am in so much pain I cried most of the night my body hurts so bad. Still does but I can at least walk right now. It was cool though...I met some tourists and we rode together for a while. Let me just say I have lost faith in the human race because I see so many people who are rude and obnoxious and just craptastic people. I am a waitress I can attest to the fact of it. So when I meet people who truly are nice it really blows my mind and makes my day so much better (that's for you Mr and Mrs Wilson). Anyways back to the reason I am on here...I recently became a nail polish fanatic! I amassed over 30 bottles in a 6 month period. I will not torture you with them I will just show you some from the last 2 days. I bought China Glaze Riveter Rouge at Ulta, and the other four at Sally Beauty Supply(who is having a buy 2 get 1 free deal on all nail polishes). I bought Hard Candy Kaleyedescope Eyeshadow in Pick Up Line which I was told that the green was a dupe for Urban Decay Graffiti. Not so much. The green from Wet N Wild's I Dream of Greenie palette was closer. So on to the pics!

My Eye of Yesterday!

I did a look yesterday and was too tired to post it so I am doing it today on my day off. It is a light pink/purple with dark purple eyeliner. I used:

Wet N Wild Comfort Zone EOTD

I bought all of the new WnW palettes and have done a few looks with them but none have looked as good as the one I did today. I must say Im pretty proud of myself. I am still not very good at all the blending and all that but today my makeup looked *singing* awesome! I used the eyelid, crease, and definer color on the right side and the eyelid color on the left side almost to my browbone. I have been ridonkulously slacking on them and tried to cut them out of most of the pics but if you do see a glimpse I apologize for the horror! everything blended together so well I am so proud! Onward....

Also I bought a new polish by OPI called Russian Navy. It is the greates polish ever made!!! It looks almost dark blue until you hit it a certain way and then you get this purple sparkle and she is gorgeous.  The bottle looks purple tho.

Shatter Polish Review

I finally got into the shatter craze that everyone seems to be in! I bought OPI Black Shatter when it first came out and then bought China Glaze Crackle a few days ago. Here is what they both look like in the bottle:

Black Shatter was 8.50 a bottle whereas I bought China Glaze 2 for 10 at Sally Beauty!
Let me just start by sayin they both are awesome in their own ways.

-Black shatter is thicker and has a larger brush.
-China Glaze is thinner and has a smaller brush. 

When I applied  shatter you either go thick or thin on this. Some nails went one way some went another. Not too happy about that because some came out uniform and some came out funky lookin. When I applied crackle though, it was awesome til I put my pants on when it was still a lil wet (dumbass me). Also when you use shatter it thickens at the top of the brush and bottle and it gets harder to work with whereas crackle didnt. I got full coverage on my nails with shatter in one stroke and 2-4 with crackle. Also you have to make sure your nails are very dry when you apply this. I guess they werent dry when I applied crackle and it looked like stripes. I waited a day to apply it to the other hand and it came out perfect ( til I messed her up). I always do my nails before I go to bed and I waited the night before I put shatter on and it came out pretty good.  They are both decent polishes but I personally prefer crackle. Just wish they came out with a big brush. If I left anything out you wanna know just comment! What are your thoughts on this crazy phase?
